Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Luxury Perfume Store. We take immense pride in the authenticity and quality of our luxury fragrances. Due to the cosmetic and personal hygiene nature of perfumes, we maintain a strict, transparent return policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. General Return Policy (All Sales are Final)
Because fragrances are highly personal and sensitive cosmetic items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind," or if you simply do not like the scent. Once a fragrance has been delivered, sprayed, or unsealed, it cannot be restocked or resold. All sales are final, subject to the exceptions listed below.
2. Exceptions: Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:

The perfume glass bottle arrives broken or severely damaged.

The perfume bottle is leaking significantly upon arrival.

The spray nozzle (atomizer) is completely defective.

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect brand, fragrance, or size).
Note: As clearly stated on our product pages, Tester Bottles ship in plain cardboard boxes and sometimes without decorative caps. Receiving a tester in a plain box or without a cap is the nature of the product and is not considered a defect, damage, or an incorrect item.
3. The Mandatory "Unboxing Video" Rule
To process any claim for a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is strictly required. This policy protects both the customer and the store from transit fraud and helps us claim insurance from our courier partners.

The video must show the sealed shipping box clearly from all angles before opening.

The shipping label and tracking number must be clearly visible in the video.

The video must show the continuous, uncut opening of the package and the inspection of the product inside.

If the item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, the issue must be clearly shown in this single, continuous video.
Claims made without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately be rejected.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
If your item is damaged or incorrect and you have your unboxing video ready:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Phone Call at +91 8360542191.

Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and your unboxing video.

Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup at our expense or guide you on the next steps.
5. Refund Processing
Once the damaged/incorrect item is received back at our store and inspected, we will initiate your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
