Shipping policy

At Luxury Perfume Store, we understand how excited you are to receive your new signature scent. We are committed to delivering your authentic luxury fragrances safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our Ludhiana store within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will typically be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a notification via email and/or WhatsApp containing your courier tracking link and AWB number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Important Note: Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids under Indian transport regulations. Therefore, to comply with aviation safety laws, all perfume shipments must be transported via Surface Courier (Road Transport) rather than air freight.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Punjab & Neighboring States: 2 to 4 Business Days.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 4 to 6 Business Days.

  • Rest of India (Non-Metro/Remote): 5 to 8 Business Days. (Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or local courier delays may slightly extend delivery times).

3. Secure "Fragile" Packaging Guarantee

Perfume bottles are delicate, and your peace of mind is our priority. Every bottle is carefully inspected before dispatch. We use heavy-duty, multi-layered bubble wrap and pack the items tightly into crush-resistant corrugated shipping boxes to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition without leaking or breaking.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If your package appears heavily damaged, completely crushed, or is leaking visibly from the outside, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier executive.

  • If you accept the package, as per our strict Return Policy, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video. If the bottle inside is broken or leaking, send the video to our WhatsApp (+91 8360542191) within 48 hours of delivery for a swift replacement or refund.

5. Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)

Please ensure you provide a complete, accurate shipping address (including house number, street, landmark, and correct pin code) and an active mobile number. If a package is returned to us because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or due to an incorrect/incomplete address, standard re-shipping charges may apply to dispatch the order again.
